Little Orpheus Review - Apple Arcade Game

In yet another of our Apple Arcade games review, we look at Little Orpheus from Sumo Digital.

A side-scrolling platform and puzzle adventure game, Little Orpheus puts you in the shoes of Ivan Ivanovich who has journeyed to the centre of the earth but must now escape again. The hapless hero as he explores lost civilisations, undersea kingdoms and prehistoric jungles in his quest.

Little Orpheus is a stunning visual and audio treat and great fun to play.

If you are a fan of puzzles requiring you to string a serious of similar shapes or items together, but also crave a little bloodlust then this may be the perfect game for you. Grindstone has your warrior battling his way through the dungeons of Grindstone mountain battling an assortment of creeps and their bosses.

SpongeBob: Patty Pursuit Review (video)

Continuing our reviews of recent Apple Arcade games, today we turn our attention to a children’s classic character (in other words Karl has no idea of the characters he’s talking about) SpongeBob Squarepants. SpongeBob: Patty Pursuit is very reminiscent of Mario Run and just as easy to play. Continuous scrolling platform levels with many coins to collect. Although it maybe a little off-putting for the older player there is certainly some fun to be found here.
