UK iTunes Offer - 'Build Your Collection 80's'

The UK iTunes Store is offering another opportunity to ‘Build Your Collection’. This time the movie selection comes from the 80’s. You can currently grab a selection of top movies to add to your, if it’s like mine, expanding library of classics.

As an addition, this week the UK iTunes Store appears to be doing a special regarding the Alien franchise as Alien Covenant hits theatres Friday. So if you’re a fan of the xenomorph you might want to check the store daily to see if there are any offers.

Also on offer this week in addition to the ‘Build Your Collection’ is Sherlock Holmes (2009) starring Robert Downey Jr. for £3.99.

These offers ‘rarely’ last longer than a week so take the opportunity now if you wish to grab some of these classic movie moments.

The persons and events in this film are fictitious - fortunately! A masterpiece of off-the-wall comedy, Airplane! features Robert Hays as an ex-fighter pilot forced to take over the controls of an airliner when the flight crew succumbs to food poisoning; Julie Hagerty as his girlfriend/stewardess/co-pilot; and a cast of all-stars including Robert Stack, Lloyd Bridges, Peter Graves, Leslie Nielsen, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar... and more. The Untouchables - £3.99

The critics and public agree. Brian De Palma's The Untouchables is a must-see masterpiece - glorious, fierce, larger-than-life depiction of the mob warlord who ruled Prohibition-era Chicago... and the law enforcer who vowed to bring him down. This classic confrontation between good and evil and stars Kevin Costner as federal agent Eliot Ness, Robert De Niro as gangland kingpin Al Capone and Sean Connery as Malone, the cop who teaches Ness how to beat the mob: shoot fast and shoot first.
