Apple's F1 Film: Second Trailer Drops
Been waiting for another look at Apple's big Formula 1 venture? Well, start your engines! The second full trailer just roared into view, giving us a fresh blast of high-octane action ahead of its summer release.
It offers a deeper dive into the story and the spectacle. As we already knew, the film is locked in for a June 27th cinema release. It still stars Brad Pitt as a veteran driver returning to the fray. Damson Idris plays his rookie teammate. Joseph Kosinski (Top Gun: Maverick) directs, Jerry Bruckheimer produces. They filmed during real F1 events - our friend GazMaz from MyMac Podcast saw them at Silverstone! Lewis Hamilton's involved too, adding that crucial layer of authenticity.
It reinforces Apple's commitment to making a proper cinematic splash. After Napoleon's mixed fortunes at the box office, they'll be hoping this one truly takes off. The Top Gun: Maverick director link remains exciting. Those in-car shots look incredible, echoing Maverick's visual flair. It's another sign Apple wants to play with the big studios. For us? It just ramps up the anticipation for what could be a genuinely thrilling film experience this June. Fingers crossed it's more podium finish than pit lane disaster.
The hype train is definitely pulling out of the station. Will this trailer tempt you? Thoughts? Let us know below.
